This incident directly impacted the shopping centre’s operations, as the fire occurred in the closest parking bays, forcing the closure of a critical section of the car park. This created frustration for both the businesses within the centre and their customers, as shops were no longer easily accessible. It was vital for the shopping centre that the car park received a quick and efficient deep clean.

This job was complex as the car park was located close to a nature reserve and a water course. It was essential that this area was protected, so our teams had to take extra caution to ensure no dirty or hazardous materials entered the delicate surroundings.
