Hygiene Healthcheck

Dirty is obvious, clean is unclear

A surface can look clean but be full of microbiological pathogens. In an event of an outbreak, these pathogens can contribute to the continued spread of illness.

Our Hygiene Healthcheck service uses ATP swabbing to visualise the microbiological landscape of your premises. This allows for strategic cleaning, which could save you both time and money. What does a Hygiene Healthcheck mean?

  • First we take a comprehensive set of ATP swabbing results
  • Results are overlaid on a premises map
  • Zone areas of high microbiological activity - areas that will need a deep clean
  • Identify areas where ULV disinfection will suffice
  • Identify areas where forensic deep clean may be needed

Our Hygiene Healthcheck offer can provide consultancy and guidance for Leisure & Hospitality, Education, Offices and Healthcare facilities, amongst many others.

What is ATP Swabbing?

ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) is a molecule found in and around living cells that gives a measure of biological concentration. It is quantified by measuring the light produced through its reaction with Luciferase using a luminometer - the amount of light produced is directly proportional to the amount of energy present in the sample. By using an ATP swab on a surface that appears clean, it can detect levels of biological life that is not visible to the human eye.

A Comprehensive Service: Add Fogging

When it comes to comprehensively disinfecting whole rooms and buildings, our specialists are equipped with our innovative Fogging technology. By cleansing the air and surfaces of contaminated floors, walls and surfaces, rooms will be safe to inhabit and begin the rebuilding process.

Not only does our Fogging technology combat bacteria and other healthcare risks caused by flood damage, combined with CleanScent technology our service leaves behind a refreshing residual scent - sorely needed when fighting damp odours and musty smells that are inherent with flood damage.

What is Fogging?

    • Fogging produces micro-droplets of disinfectant and biocides that float in the air for around 10 minutes after application.
    • Dispursing these micro-droplets into the air means the solution is able to reach areas that could not otherwise be reached by conventional cleaning methods.
    • Studies show application by aerosol significantly reduces the number of viable infectious pathogens, treating the surface and the air, killing these pathogens.
