“We just want to express our appreciation for the members of your staff who came to our house yesterday, to rescue us from an awful "smelly" situation, which had built up underneath the floorboards inside our home. First to arrive was Carla Auty, Hygiene Consultant, who promptly contacted Richard Toni, one of your Service Technicians, to come and sort the problem for us.
As representatives of Rentokil they were excellent in their explanations of what they thought the problem was and diagnosing a solution. Richard Toni worked professionally throughout and reassured us of the situation and what he proposed to do to cure the "smelly" problem. He was very knowledgeable and was able to put our minds at ease about the whole situation, carried out a clean up and tidied up very well afterwards.
Both members of your staff are a credit to your company and we will recommend your services again, should any of our family or friends have the misfortune to experience what we did, which no other company seemed prepared to help with. “
